Party Planning

Buying Guideline
Based on four drinks per person during a three hour event.

  • Beer calculation is based on cases of 12 oz bottles.
  • Wine calculation is based on 750ml bottles.
  • Spirits calculation is based on 750ml bottles.

Note: You may adjust the amounts to suit your guests product preferences.

Spirits: One bottle (750ml) makes 20 to 24 drinks.
Wine: One 750ml bottle is 6 four ounce servings. That will serve 2 to 3 people, depending on how many servings per quest.
Beer: One case of beer will serve 4 to 6 people, averaging two or three beers per guest.

Calculate how many people will be drinking at the event:
Multiply this number by 4 - this will tell you the maximum number of drinks you will need; translate this number into the bottles of spirits and wine, cases of beer.
